Product Outline
Drill collar is an important tool that used in well drilling process for oil/gas both onshore and offshore
Drill collar conform to latest version of API Specification 7 and other related standards. Products are authorized to use API monogram.
Drill collars are available in standard API configurations and connections are cut in accordance with API Spec. 7 & API RP 7G requirement. Special drill collar such as for high pressure well are also available.
Technical Characteristics
1、Drill collar are made of modified alloy steel fully heat treated in order to obtain high hardness
2、Cold rolling processing the thread ends to achieve good pressure-bearing ability, anti wearing out and longer life-span.
3、Thread phosphor or copper coated to achieve good resistant-wearing ability and anti-thread gluing ability.
